This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the information that you submit to us and that we collect from our website and all related subsites.

Information We Collect

Personal Data. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Data is information that can be used, directly or indirectly, alone or together with other information, to identify you as a business client. At this time, the only personal data we collect is your email address, name, billing and services history, none of which is shared with a third party.

Other Information. “Other Information” is information that is anonymous, aggregate, de-identified, or otherwise does not reveal your identity. This includes technical information such as randomly assigned unique identifiers stored in browser cookies or local storage, operating system version, hardware information, timestamp, web pages on our site that you visit, and IP addresses. We use browser cookies and similar technologies to provide us with analytics, to maintain your browsing session, and to improve the site.

How We Use Personal Data

Not Used for Marketing or Advertising. We do not use your Personal Data for AKvertise, Inc. marketing or advertising purposes. If in the future, we wish to use your Personal Data for marketing or advertising purposes, we will first obtain your explicit consent.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, or share your Personal Data with third parties. We may disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with laws or to respond to subpoenas or judicial orders or to protect and defend our rights, or the rights or safety of third parties.

Acquisition, Sale, or Reorganization. We may also use and disclose Personal Data in connection with a contemplated reorganization or an actual reorganization of our business, in connection with financing, a sale or other transaction involving the disposal of all or part of our business or assets, including for the purpose of permitting the due diligence required to decide whether to proceed with a transaction. If the sale occurs, the purchaser will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Interest Based Advertising

We do not use the Site to collect information for interest-based or “behavioral” advertising. Nor do we serve interest-based advertising on the Site.

Your Choices

Do Not Track. Do-Not-Track is a public-private initiative that has developed a “flag” or signal that an Internet user may activate in the user's browser software to notify websites that the user does not wish to be “tracked” by third-parties as defined by the initiative. The online community has not agreed on what actions, if any, should be taken by the websites that receive the “do not track” signal, and therefore Do-Not-Track is not yet standardized. Based on how our website is designed, what we are collecting, and the purpose of our website, this setting does not change the website's behavior or change its services when a “do-not-track” flag or signal from your browser is received.

How You Can Stop Receiving Communications. If you receive informational email communications from us, you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the email you receive, or by contacting us directly. Once you have submitted your email address to “unsubscribe,” please note that you may continue to receive emails for a time while our system updates your request.

Information from Children Under 13

On our website, we do not intentionally gather Personal Data about visitors under the age of 13. Although our partners may have different policies than we do, we nevertheless require that children under 13 not use this Site or its services. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about your child, please contact us and we will attempt to delete the information.
