Our tailored account management solutions vary on a per-client basis, however, they typically include campaign, ad set, and ad level set up, monitoring, reporting, analysis, testing, and optimization.
Depending on the client’s needs and scope of work, we also conduct weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly meetings and reporting. We do require prospective clients to have a $5,000/month advertising budget minimum for our social media ad account management services.
Each client and advertising account presents a unique scenario. Depending on the number of ad accounts, platforms, monthly advertising budget, and other variables, we charge a flat monthly rate that is within current industry standards. We do ask that new clients sign on with us to commit to an initial 3 month retainer with the option to switch to a monthly retainer afterward.
As with most advertising account management engagements, the process is more front-loaded with strategy development, tracking implementation, campaign asset set up, and allowing campaigns to run so that we can gather meaningful and statistically significant data that will better guide our account management efforts in subsequent months.
If you prefer to keep your campaign management in-house but need an outside perspective, strategy, recommendations, or social media channel advertising account audits, we offer a variety of consulting services that cater to businesses of all varieties, budgets, and sizes. We do not have any minimum requirements on monthly advertising budget for consulting clients.
With this service, we schedule meetings with individuals to review and discuss challenges, strategies, analytics, and other questions on a monthly or as-needed basis.
Meetings can be in person, pending location, though typically, they are in the form of a phone call or video chat for instances where screen share would be beneficial. Update: Due to COVID-19, only virtual meetings will be held at this time.
If a social media advertising account audit is requested, our team first conducts and composes a thorough written audit and shares it with the client. Once client reviews, we schedule a meeting to discuss the audit and address any follow up questions.

We temporarily step in for you and aim for this to be a seamless transition for you and your clients so that they feel confident that their campaigns are in experienced, trustworthy, and good hands while you are on maternity or paternity leave.
Prior to your leave, we will be briefed on the client(s), their campaigns, goals, and expectations and will provide the services you have been provided to them during this time – which may include but is not limited to campaign launches, ad copy creation, testing, optimization, strategy, analysis, reporting, and communications.
In terms of time commitment, there is no minimum and will last for the duration of your predetermined leave.
Each client presents a unique scenario and as does your management and consulting style. Depending on the number of clients, accounts, stage of set up, monthly advertising budget, and other variables, we charge an hourly rate that is within current industry standards.
